To keep your number first make sure to order your iD Mobile SIM card and request your PAC code from your old network.
When your new iD Mobile SIM arrives activate it, then log in to your iD Mobile account online, find the ‘Keep My Number’ option under ‘My Services’, enter your PAC code and select the date you’d like the number transfer to happen.
If you make the request before 6pm you can choose the next working day. If not it will need to be at least two working days in the future.
Then enter the number you want to keep and confirm the request.
iD Mobile supplies all three SIM card sizes in one, so you don’t need to know which SIM card size you need before placing your order.
